M.K.A. Amoako Company Limited is a Ghanaian technical services company dedicated to advancing Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) through innovative equipment solutions, competency-based training systems, and institutional capacity development. With years of experience supporting national TVET reforms, MKA partners with educational institutions, government agencies, and development organisations to deliver modern, safe, and industry-aligned learning environments that equip learners with practical and employable skills. Our work bridges the gap between education and industry by ensuring that training systems respond directly to workforce and economic development needs.

Track Record of Excellence

In 2014, M.K.A. Amoako Company Limited achieved a significant milestone by completing six Competence-Based Training (CBT) programmes at the National Certificate 1 level for the Ghana Education Service (GES), under the auspices of the Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (COTVET). These programmes were developed to enhance the quality and relevance of TVET in Ghana and are currently being piloted in selected technical institutions nationwide. In 2016 also MKA was giving the assignment to revise Occupational Standards for Welding and Fabrication I, generate suitable GAC’s, Skills and Sub-Skills for Wielding and Fabrication II, Electronics Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering all at National Certificate II and Electronics and Mechanical at HND level. The specific objectives are to:  Revise or Introduce innovation in the existing technical course taught in the country to meet the current demand of the respective industry  Build the capacity of 12 technical members made up of industrialist and academicians to generate Occupational Standards for the above demand driven trade areas
